Biography

Shown as owner of Belle Grove 1787-1793 (as a minor), and of Liberty Hill Pen in 1787 and 1810, the latter previously associated with John Tracey senior (q.v.). Owner of 13 enslaved people and 1 stock in St Ann, Jamaica, in 1792. To date no death-date or will been found for him.
