Resident slave-owner in Jamaica. Deceased by 1826. Genealogical sources show him as the nephew of William Orgill (q.v.) and father of William Anderson Orgill and of Samuel Thomas Orgill (both of whom q.v.). Vere Langford Oliver shows him as dying in 1821.
