Co-heir of John Cropper (q.v.), and successor to this brother James France France (q.v.), as well as probably also inheriting from his father the Liverpool merchant and slave-owner Thomas France (q.v., née Hayhurst), and from his other brother Henry Hayhurst Hayhurst (q.v.).
