Jane McCartney of Scotland Great Britain widow was shown as the owner of 36 enslaved people in the 1822 registration: she has not yet been traced further in Scotland. Jane McCartney, very probably the same woman, was one of the executors of the will of John McCartney of New Providence proved 24/09/1819.
