Biography

Sister or wife of Frederick Cooper, the latter of whom is known to have been an absentee in the 1830s. The two people have not yet been traced further in England, and it appears likely that they returned to Jamaica late in the 1830s. In 1838 Mrs Cooper, the Cruse, was shown as the Secretary of the Ladies Negro Education Society Jamaica.
