Biography

Owner of Bulstrode Farm in Westmoreland, Jamaica.

Likely to be Hugh Anthony Whitelock, son of Rev. Richard Hutchins Whitelock (1772-1833) and his wife Frances nee Storer. Left Manchester Grammar School in 1819 and arrived in Jamaica in 1820. Died in Jamaica, 14/09/1869.
