Biography

Planter in Montserrat. His grandchildren and great-grandchildren claimed compensation for Farm estate in Montserrat as heirs of his legatees.

  1. "Tho. Meade of Montserrat, planter, 1729; purchased in 1753 the Waterwork plantation in the parish of St. Peter of Wm. Fenton; owned the Windward plantation in St. George of 200 acres and the New Windward of 140 acres; died in M. in 1763. Will dated 9 Oct. 1758; adm’on 7 Aug. 1815.”
