Lawrence Vernon Jones

Executor of Robert Jones, who was mortgagee for Antrim estate in St Ann, Jamaica.

1. Lawrence Vernon Jones, son of Robert Jones Esquire was born 10/07/1804 and baptised 20/12/1805 in St Ann. Two older brothers, Zachary age 3 and Richard age 1, were baptised in St Ann 25/11/1798. In his will made 12th May 1840 Zachary Jones, Zachary Jones, planter, of Eaton Hall, Runaway Bay, Jamaica, of the Parish of St Ann, makes a Lawrence Vernon Jones his executor and refers to him as his brother: "I hereby nominate and appoint my dear brother Lawrence Vernon Jones and John Ellis my lawful Executors..."
