Biography

Awarded the compensation for a single enslaved person in Kingston Jamaica. The 1817 Slave Register for Kingston identifies him as Moses Franco of City of London. Until 1820 he was shown as a tenant of the Liberty of Norton Folgate, Tower Hamlets. Presumably a relative of the MP Sir Ralph Lopes (né Franco).
