Biography

F.S. Fraser of Morningside, Edinburgh, husband of Eliza Fraser née Bellinger, on whose behalf he enquired as to counterclaims for ownership of enslaved persons in St James, Jamaica. Not identified in the 1841 census for Scotland.

Almost certainly the F. Saumarez Fraser of 16 Albany Street, Edinburgh who acted as a representative of Mrs Catherine Russell of Morningside for a claim in St James, Jamaica.
