Attorney-General of Barbados as the time of compensation [despite the indication below that he took office only in 1841] and later Chief Justice of St Vincent. Nephew and beneficiary of the will of Edward Sharpe of York Place (q.v.), and grandson of Charles Payne Sharpe (q.v.).
