Heirs of the late Alexander Campbell of Hallyards and also of the late Robert Dennistoun merchants in Glasgow ceased to be concerned in the business carried on at Port Glasgow under the firm of the Newark Sugar Refining Company on 30/6/1817: surviving partner Mr James Campbell authorised to uplift the debts due the company. Signed by: Colin Campbell one of, and as attorney for, the exors of the late Alexander Campbell; Colin Campbell Factor, and one of the executors of the late Robert Dennistoun; and Jas. Campbell.
