Notes

On 19/04/1768, Courland Bay division [St David parish] Lots nos. 24 (100 acres) and 25 (120 acres) were purchased by Thos. & Anthony Gibbon. In 1773 the lots were still show against 'Thom. and Ant. Gibbon': they became Arnos Vale, present possessor 'Heirs of Kitson.'

On 19/04/1768, Courland Bay division [St David parish] Lots nos. 24 (100 acres) and 25 (120 acres) were purchased by Thos. & Anthony Gibbon. In 1773 the lots were still show against 'Thom. and Ant. Gibbon': they became Arnos Vale, present possessor 'Heirs of Kitson.'
