Notes

  1. Original grantees were J.Leith and Ch. Irvine, under Sandy Bay division (St Patrick parish) nos. 34, 351/2 and 39 (which became Buccoo), who were also shown as Present Proprietors in 1773. 'Present Possessor Lord Douglas' c. 1866. The owners in 1832 were shown as 'Douglas & Irvine'; the estate was still in culitvation in 1862.
