T71/899: claim by James Thomas Rogers, as executor to John Martin Morris. Counterclaim from Richard Deane (executor of John Higginson). Declaration by Richard Deane that John Martin Morris, the deceased claimant, left two executors (William Marshall Morris and  James Thomas Rogers) and that he, Richard Deane, holds a Power from them to receive the money.
