T71/891: claim by Robert Mitchell, heir at law of Robert Mitchell deceased.  Counterclaim John Wood Nelson and Benjamin Adam, of City of London, mortgagees ['of 30 negroes being the survivors of those mortgaged; and also as having a lien on the remaining 55 for supplies furnished to the estate' T71/1304]. Counterclaim by Andrew Henry Lynch of Lincolns Inn, Lachlan Maclachlan and James Campbell of 12 New Cavendish St, Portland Place, mortgagees for £18,000.

T71/1304: counterclaim of Lynch, Maclachlan and Campbell was from a 1798 mortgage of John Petrie, Dugald Campbell and James Robertson, assigned to James Campbell and then to the counterclaimants.
