Parliamentary Papers p. 322. T71/892: claim by Tho Choppin, sole acting executor and trustee of Jas Choppin. Counterclaim from Baillies as mortgagees £4000 at 5 per cent from 15/08/1824. Counterclaim also from Philip Protheroe of Bristol for arrears of annuity and apprentice fee under will of James Choppin (withdrawn). Counterclaim from James Crocome (sp?) of Bath [Somerset], for £425 13s 4d due as account to 08/11/1834 and £40 1/2 years annuity since.
