T71/1609: letter, dated 20/09/1835, from Wm. Douglas, 59 Prospect Place, West Square (Southwark?), stating that Wm. Douglas is tenant for life. His son is tenant in tail and has family: the estates are subject to his father's debts and are in the hands of the merchant, Sir Thomas Neave, who is receiver in Chancery and also mortgagee. How much per head and to whom will the Commissioners pay our share of it?

T71/1224: counterclaim by Sir Matthew John Tierney, of Bruton St., a Doctor of medicine, and Dame Harriet Mary, his wife, formerly Harriet Mary Jones, spinster; Edward Tierney, of the City of Dublin, and his wife Anna Maria, formerly A. M. Jones, spinster, as creditors, seeking to have the money paid into Chancery.
