T71/869: claim from Geo. Hall and his wife, of St George, 'for the use of Ann Paisley [=Passley] Hall, equitable owner-in-fee'. Counterclaim from Longmore and L'Hoste, as 'Assignees of the compensation' (assignment dated 01/12/1834). George Hall replicated (i.e. denied the counterclaim) on 23/11/1835; then, on 22/02/1836, admitted the counterclaim and withdrew his replication of 23/11/1835. On 22/02/1836, Longmore and L'Hoste withdrew their counterclaim. Therefore, the award was made to George Hall and Ann Paisley.
