The award was split : £1686 11s 4d went to Maltby; £421 12s 10d went to C. & R. de Bellot & M. Aquart ; £421 12s 10d went to C. de Bellot & J. G. Dumont ; £843 5s 8d went to Edw. and Peter Gibbs.

T71/880: claim by P. and E. Gibbs, owners. Counterclaim from de Bellot etc., as owners and tenants in common under an agreement of 13/07/1830 for one-fourth of the compensation money. Counterclaim from Louisa Maltby, of (23) Charlotte Street, Portland Place, London, as widow executrix and devisee of Rowland Maltby, mortgagee under an agreement of 13/07/1830. The mortgage was dated 19/04/1834, for £2691 8s.

T71/1229, counterclaims: 'She claims £2691 but hereby consents to receive one half of the compensation money'. Signed by all the awardees.
