Workshop: Federalism and Constitutional Resilience

On 10 December 2025, the GCDC, in partnership with the Institute for Comparative Federalism, EURAC Research, organised a workshop on federalism and constitutional resilience. The event brought together scholars from various jurisdictions to share key insights on the topic. We are grateful to participants for their rich contributions, and to the Institute for Comparative Federalism for their partnership. We look forward to developing a co-created research agenda on this important topic.
