Samaritans

SANEline  

SANEline is a national out-of-hours mental health helpline offering specialist emotional support, guidance and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including family, friends and carers. We are normally open every day of the year from 4pm to 10pm on 0300 304 7000.

There is also a callback service, so can call 07984 967 708, give your first name and number, and receive a call back within a few days. You can also email them at: support@sane.org.uk SANE website     

Medical Services for homeless people

Food

 Age UK 

Age UK are a charity working in the community to support older people, their families and carers. They provide a free confidential helpline providing information, friendship and support to older people, open every day of the year.

They have an advice line service which is a free, confidential national telephone service for older people, as well as their families, friends, carers and professionals.

It is open 8am-7pm, 365 days a year.

They also have a silver line helpline which is a telephone service specifically for older people aged 55 and over. The line is for if you're feeling lonely, need to access support or just want to chat.
