Publication details

Donovan, A. and Reisberg, A. (2018). Pettet, Lowry & Reisberg’s Company Law. 5th ed. Pearson.

Abstract

The book, published by Pearson, provides a comprehensive analysis of all major company law and financial regulation topics. In doing so, it introduces the reader to the key theories, policies and political influences that underpin company law serving as an important guide to the subject. This fifth edition of the book has undergone significant updating to examine, amongst other things, changes introduced by MiFIDII and MiFIR, amendments to the UK Corporate Governance Code, the Prospectus Regulation 2017 and the impact of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015.
