Pérez Participates in Conference on the IACtHR

PhD student Edward Pérez participates in University of Strasbourg conference on the IACtHR.

On Monday, 6 October, GCDC PhD student member Edward Pérez presented at the conference ‘The Inter-American Court of Human Rights: Ongoing Trends and Debates’, hosted by the University of Strasbourg. Pérez’s presentation focused on the evolution of the IACtHR’s toolkit on remedies and implementation procedures, addressing how the Court uses experimentalism to develop new approaches to remedies, try to achieve broader impact, and respond to changing realities over time.
