GCDC PhD student member Marie-Hélène Lyonnais has co-authored a chapter in a recently published edited volume on the Canadian Constitution. The volume, Droit Constitutionnel, is edited by Professors Jean-François Gaudeault-Desbiens and Stéphane Beaulac. Lyonnais’s chapter, co-written in French with Louis-Alexandre Hébert-Gosselin, is entitled ‘La constitution juridique et politique du Canada : notions, sources et principes’.
