Gerstenberg Participates in Conference on EU Law and Values

On Friday, 10 October, GCDC member Professor Oliver Gerstenberg participated in the inaugural conference of the Luxembourg Centre for European Law, titled ‘European Union Law and Values in a Changing World’. The conference explored the meaning and role of EU values in light of Article 2 of the Treaty on European Union and recent judgments of the Court of Justice of the EU. At the conference, Professor Gerstenberg presented a paper titled ‘EU Values, Mutual Trust, and the Changing Role of the Court of Justice of the EU’.
