Foskett on Compromise (10th edition), co-edited by Sir David Foskett (39 Essex Chambers) and Dr John Sorabji (Associate Professor at UCL Laws), has recently been published by Sweet & Maxwell.

The book provides practitioners in England and Wales as well as many other jurisdictions with a comprehensive and authoritative analysis of the legal framework for consensual dispute resolution.
