Prof Xanthaki contributes to Manual for the Scrutiny of Legislative Process and Legislative Drafting

Professor Helen Xanthaki served as the leading expert for the team which drafted the innovative strategy and manuals, which aims to improve the quality of regulation and legislative drafting in Greece.

Professor Helen Xanthaki (Professor of Law at UCL Laws and Director of International PG Laws Programmes at University of London) and Dr Maria Mousmouti (Lecturer in Law at IALS and Executive Director, Centre for European Constitutional Law) served as the two extra-government experts for the team that drafted the Manual for the Scrutiny of Legislative Process and Legislative Drafting.

Their academic research has influenced the Manual and is cited in its bibliography. A summary of the Manual is currently being translated and will be published soon.
