4 May 2018
Jacqui Kinghan, Head of Teaching and Learning in the UCL Centre for Access to Justice and Dr Lisa Vanhala, UCL Political Science, have been selected to act as learning partner to the pilot Public Law Project, funded by the Lankelly Chase foundation. The project uses action research and reflective learning to evaluate the ways in which frontline organisations understand and use the law to challenge the root causes of systemic disadvantage.
As part of the project Miss Kinghan and Dr Vanhala recently published a literature review on the use and impact of litigation in challenging unfair systems.
