Professor Dame Hazel Genn, Director of the UCL Centre for Access to Justice (CAJ), talked about women’s difficulties in progressing to highest levels in their work field with Anthony Julius, Chair in Law and the Arts at UCL and Deputy Chairman of Mishcon de Reya.
The video, produced by Mishcon Academy, is part of ‘The Women in Law’ series, a speaking programme for outstanding female lawyers who are making waves in the law.
The series of films features women who have changed the law or who have used the law for the benefit of society. It considers issues facing the legal profession today as well as the specific challenges faced by the women who work within it.
