She presented her research on the regulation of international family law, examining the interactions and tensions between private international law mechanisms, human rights requirements and EU Law fundamental principles.
Myriam considered more broadly how comparative law perspectives and legal pluralism could inform the debate and resolve current tensions.
She was introduced by the President of the Section of Internal affairs, Christian Vigouroux.
