Jay Gerrans

Senior HR Officer

Jay joined the Faculty of Laws in November 2022.

As Senior HR Officer, Jay manages the Human Resources function within the Faculty of Laws.

Before joining UCL Laws, Jay worked at UCL Innovation & Enterprise for several years, where she had primary responsibility for all HR-related matters in the department. She holds a Law LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Sussex and has completed her CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management.
