Ian joined UCL Faculty of Laws in May 2009. He is responsible for the IT operations, services and systems support planning and delivery on behalf of UCL Laws.

Ian’s duties and activities include: IT operations, services and systems support and supervision, procurement provision, fulfilment, support, advice and consultancy; Research, Teaching and Learning innovation and support, advice and consultancy; staff and student customer IT 1st and 2nd line support and advice.

Ian joined UCL from the University of Hertfordshire and has over 20 years of IT support in Higher Education with the Field of Law. He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Systems Design.
