Interpreting Statutes and Regulations (Oct 2026)

05 Oct 2026 - 15 Oct 2026

[The course] was very useful - and at times challenging. As a Government lawyer who spends her days scrutinising and advising on statutory instruments I will put much of what was discussed into daily practice (if not already).

Vey clear structure with good materials. The polls were a fun way of being forced to take a decision based on the main elements of the case (rather than sitting on the fence until every detail is explored like we lawyers like to do).
