Partner in Pinsent Masons Competition Team, Alex Stratakis is dual-qualified (UK and EU) and brings over 20 years of experience across all areas of competition law. His practice spans the UK and EU, with a focus on complex merger control and FDI screening, distribution and licensing matters, cartel and other investigations, as well as dominance and state aid/subsidy control cases.
Alex has successfully represented clients before the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), the European Commission (EC), and various national competition authorities — including those in Greece and Cyprus — as well as before UK, European, and national courts.
Alex will share reflections on building a career in competition law — from Brussels to London and beyond.
