This event is co-organised by the Lloyd’s Market Association, UNIDROIT, the University of Zurich, House of Finance Goethe University Frankfurt/Main, and UCL Laws.
About this event
The Principles of Reinsurance Contract Law have been developed to provide the global reinsurance markets with a uniform, transparent and balanced opt-in codification of commonly accepted business practices in international reinsurance. This special event celebrates the successful conclusion of the nine-year PRICL academic project, which has brought together leading scholars and practitioners to develop a comprehensive framework for reinsurance contract law. The programme will feature contributions from distinguished academics, representatives of the Lloyd’s market, and the international (re)insurance industry. A complimentary copy of PRICL 2025 (Heiss/Wandt eds., UNIDROIT Rome 2025) will be provided to all attendees.
