Since 2013 the UCL Private Law Group has held an annual workshop to support early-career scholars working in the field of private law.
The 2023 day-long closed workshop is convened by Fabiana Bettini and Charles Mitchell.
Six property law scholars will present the following papers:

There will finally be a discussion of the Supreme Court’s decision in Guest v Guest [2022] UKSC 27, following a lecture about the case by John Mee (Cork).
