This seminar is hosted by the UCL Public Law Group and will be held in hybrid format at UCL Laws and will see Professor Loughlin outline his recently published monograph, Against Constitutionalism (Harvard UP, 2022), before responses are heard from Professor Richard Bellamy, Professor Jeff King and other UCL colleagues.
