About the Speaker
Daniel Leader specialises in international human rights and environmental law, with a particular focus on business and human rights. He has extensive experience of cases against parent companies, complex group actions and mass tort claims, as well as cross-border disputes and jurisdictional issues. Daniel was part of the legal team in Lungowe v Vedanta and Okpabi v Shell, both of which went to the Supreme Court and have set the parameters for parent company litigation going forward.
