This event is a Book Launch for Comparative Company Law (Oxford University Press 2019), by Carsten Gerner-Beuerle and Michael Schillig.

 

The book launch will feature a panel discussion on 'A new decade for comparative corporate law - what can we expect for the 2020s?', drawing on some of the themes explored in the book. It will be followed by a drinks reception.
