About this talk
The BREXIT process throws into sharp relief the human rights situation in Northern Ireland and the on-going peace process. The peace process is underpinned by The Good Friday Agreement 1998. It is a delicate process undermined by both dissident protest and political intransigence. How has the BREXIT process impacted, and how will it impact, upon Northern Ireland generally and, in particular, in connection with the human rights obligations embedded through The Good Friday Agreement?
