About the seminar
This seminar would include a general overview of oil and gas projects including upstream exploration, development and production, development and operation of pipelines and other midstream facilities, through to downstream refining and marketing and LNG-related activities. This seminar would give an overview of government regulation and the contractual structure of upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas operations, and would generally create a context for the remaining topics in the seminar. Different contractual mechanisms governing these operations will be considered and compared.
