Research

Research projects currently being undertaken by members of the Centre for Empirical Legal Studies relate to access to justice, ethics in the legal profession, integration of legal and health services, internet regulation, judicial training and diversity, jury and tribunal decision-making, the Post Office miscarriages of justice, prison privatisation, prison therapeutic communities, public legal capability and women in prison.
