From 12 to 15 June, GCDC Director Professor Erin Delaney participated in the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation Conference on the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. The event brought together scholars and practitioners to discuss the role and impact of the Charter. Professor Delaney contributed to a panel on Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, alongside Professors Grégoire Webber (Queen's University) and François Crépeau (McGill University).
