Regulating Competition in Digital Capitalism

The aim of this research initiative is to explore the issues raised by the development of digital economy and the rise of digital platforms and what would be the appropriate competition law and policy

The goal is to bridge the work done in the regulatory community, and researchers interested in the role of law and regulation, with work done by those who study platforms, ecosystems and digital competition from the strategy side.
