Delaney Presents at Workshop in Münster

On May 2 and 3, GCDC Director Professor Erin Delaney participated in a work-in-progress workshop at the Institute for International and Comparative Public Law, University of Münster, Germany. During the event, she commented on Veronika Fikfak’s (UCL) presentation, Mapping the Human Rights Bar. Professor Delaney also presented her own paper, “Foreign in a Domestic Sense”: The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, with comments from Aileen Kavanagh (Trinity College Dublin).
