Bio:
Eve’s work explores the right to housing within regulatory frameworks, examining the ways in which a right to housing is confined, shaped and sculpted by doctrinal and regulatory practices in small, medium and large housing systems. She is also broadly interested in socioeconomic rights and their role within jurisprudential and legislative systems, and welcomes discussion on international human rights more broadly.
