Bio:
Christopher (Chris) manages the Global Centre for Democratic Constitutionalism. Prior to this role, he was the manager of the Institute of English Studies, School of Advanced Study, University of London.
He holds a PhD in mid-twentieth century queer publishing history, with a focus on obscenity and literary censorship. He also works as a playwright and scriptwriter.
