What stood out for you in terms of the teaching and learning experience on the LLM programme?
The best support ever came from my lecturer, Ms Jackie Thomas. She went the extra mile and provided me with constant support. This is one of the reasons I adored my experience at UCL; I have never felt so valued in any other place.
What have you gone on to do since graduating?
After completing my Masters at UCL Laws, I applied to a prestigious boutique law firm. It was one of my dream choices because the founder is Ayesha Vardag, a solicitor who won a famous case on a prenuptial agreement.
How has studying at UCL Laws, located in the heart of legal London, benefitted you?
In terms of my career, there are amazing opportunities you can get, thanks to networking.
What advice would you give to prospective or current students at UCL?
The advice I wish I had before studying in London is to find a balance. It is very easy to be entertained in London - my advice would be to focus on your studies while enjoying one of the most vibrant cities in the world. In London, I found the ultimate freedom to be myself.
