Dr Jeevan Hariharan cited by Australia’s top court
Jeevan Hariharan’s research on the law of private nuisance was cited by the Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia in the case of Hunt Leather Pty Ltd v Transport for NSW [2025] HCA 53.
